Directions: Empty the contents of the pouch into 1 (250ml) of water and mix well. Separately boil 3 glasses (700ml) of water. Add the mixture to boiling water while stirring occasionally. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add one beaten egg, stir gently until egg is well dispersed and cook for 2 more minutes. Enjoy Dashi instant soup with our new Dashi Crackers.
